Promoted following Auctane's acquisition of Packlink to lead the Packlink Shipping engineering organization and Spain Engineering Hub.

• Led approximately 60 engineers through 5–6 Engineering Managers, reporting to the VP of Engineering Europe.
• Worked with the General Manager and Product Director as peers to define product and engineering strategy.
• Owned the engineering budget and financial planning, working closely with Finance and General Manager, helping to introduce FinOps practices.
• Led organizational design, creation of new teams, engineering management practices, metrics and operating models.
• Defined engineering roadmap and priorities for the cluster and represented Engineering across the Spain Hub.
• Coordinated engineering capabilities and services across multiple Auctane brands and collaborated with engineering leaders in the UK and Poland.

• Helped scale Packlink's engineering organization from approximately 9 to 90 engineers.
• Managed Engineering Managers and led the Platform product stream, including Internal Platform, Developer Tooling, Identity and System Design.
